at the moment they just need to have a capability to add to the O/S within a year timeframe - no plans for any of it - they probably do have plans for current cash on hand (they raised cash recently) and current A/S - O/S.

The new board members I hope can provide some guidance on what type of cash to use, when to use treasury stock and when to finance in the markets

What do we do when Charlatte Airports orders 500 GenDrives for GSE as an example of contingency cash needed...
