No. I am not kidding you. Opening in California, New York, etc is as much as 5 times more expensive than places like New Hampshire which is less than 50 miles from downtown Boston. The most successful locations in this industry are in places like New Hampshire, South Carolina, North Carolina, etc. They are very business friendly areas. There is an infrastructure in place there that we can tap into. We have done exhausting research on this.
