ACI has assumed their debt? Where on earth is that stated? The only things we know at the moment are that they supposedly signed an LOI with "ACI" and anticipate them taking a voting control interest (and it has not been explained how that will be done) AND that so far there is no evidence offered that ACI actually exists.

Seems to me they are at the stage where they are throwing crap against the wall to see what buying demand they can generate...

...and it doesn't appear to be working very well.
