IMMD's filings were professionally done and I am encouraged by seeing the insiders lending the company money. It's nice, and rare, to see insiders putting their money where their mouths are.

On the other hand the company has no profit and the stock, at this price, is trading at 2.2 times revenue. To substantiate this type of leverage the company must grow exponentially going forward.

And there is 30% of the capitalisation (10 MM IMMD Options outstanding if I have read it correctly)which seems extremely high as , usually, companies do not have over 10% of their capitalisation in insider options.

This large option insider position, in my opinion, gives too much leeway to the insiders for profit which squeezes the returns for the civilians (as when the insiders take their Options down it dilutes the company with cheaper stock, thereby reducing the company's PPS) who buy the stock and have no free options at lower prices..

To me the stock is fully priced at these levels, however if the company grows hugely in the following quarters and begins to print profits the stock could certainly move much higher.

Me, I will wait and see; no purchase at this time.

Good luck to all in your respective positions.
