Dude you're wrong. Believe what you want but you're wrong.

The common stock shares are not the same as the warrants. Yes, it's an estimate, but the shares can be sold ATM whenever the sellers want.

I know this is new to you but this isn't the first time I've seen these scenarios.

When it says a price for common stock, that's the price. It's in black and white. The 4.13 was all before the S1 and the pricing has nothing to do with the sale of the shares of common stock as the S1 clearly states.


You don't go by old documents, you go by the latest documents for the most up to date information.

The S1 states the common stock shares can be sold at a max of 2.76.

If they could ONLY be sold for 4.13 as you believe, that is what the S1 would say.

Because the pricing has changed, the S1 stated a new price the sellers can sell the shares for at any time of conversion of the notes.
