Can you give me a single link to a single SEC filing that there WILL be a product and that it is a guarantee that something will actually be sold? I ask this because I did not find any. In fact, in every SEC filing I have read, quite the opposite is written.

Every penny stock claims that they will be successful, and 99% of them fail. If OWCP wants to be treated differently from the rest of them, then they have to be held to higher standards.
