Thank you for posting. I think we have a lot of investors on the sideline for that very reason. I'm not an expert on this, but I'll do my best. OTC stocks are more so valued based on future revs. At the moment, the agriculture side is small time compared to the oceanfront property, but the potential of both is huge. That being said, the net profit is unheard of because of the extremely favorable agreements between PGUS and Procon Baja JV. This allows PGUS to operate and grow at an amazing rate on a shoestring budget. Show me another company that has accomplished this much in a year without diluting shareholders, good luck. Income from the agriculture and real estate are amazing compared to up front costs. Lot reservations have more than paid for the 5100 acres of oceanfront and we haven't even got started yet. How about a $350m valuation for the oceanfront when the master plan is complete. $1 pps.
