Going current on OTC won't do a thing for the share price because it will still be nothing but a pink stock which carries no value. Investors want sales and revenues and if those look good they could care less if the company is current on OTC PINK. What being current does do however, is allow him the do another RS as he is quickly burning through the OS with dilution, which is pretty much his only source of income since sales of $11.000 a quarter hardly pays the electric bill and gas and duct tape for the old van.
As far as a partner we don't know if there will be a partner and if it will be a successful partnership. The attempt with BlauAire sure didn't last long.
