5 cent floor? conversion/installment date is June 7th. why you think the rs meeting is june 5th for split effective tues june 6th.. That price will be above 5 cents. coversions are NOT daily, they paid out monthly.. he shorts the shares naked and carries the position INTO conversion day, which is every 20 trading days cycle, per 8k, june 17, 2016
