JP this is not about what Scott.
It's about what Dan did.

Dan may have a great reason for doing what he did but that doesn't mean it's legal.

Scotts past action doesn't come into play in the agreement and it won't in court.

And while we know Scott screwed shareholders there is not 1 piece of evidence that Scott ever did anything wrong.

I challenge anyone to post a single lie or or illegal activity that Scott is guilty of.

He screwed everyone for sure many times but never broke a rule or law.
