Reverse Split coming per the PR. Watch out as they are restructuring and want to uplist to a higher exchange. This always means RS especially if they want to finance up to $50M they will have to.

They will do something like for every 10k shares you get one to get this to .40 and start the dilution all over for up to $50m. Watch as we have all seen this a million times.
