They announced the merger to get the scam rolling. It's not really a merger its a dine and ditch. Leave quick before you have to pay.
They made up fake websites, and linked them to other fake websites.
They made up the name change. Paid someone off in Wyoming presumably. Forged the secretary of state's name, or just cropped and pasted it on the paperwork.
They are paying Floridany to feed us false information. The Mr. Wang he met was just the body guard double (for safety reasons).
They are lying to us about the EV market in China. They are really going oil. The smog they show around the cities is really just pure water vapor.

They really roped us in with the business description change to EV cars and batteries. They figured we can catch a bunch in the net with that, get their hopes up. Had to pay off quite a bunch of people there to do it, but it will be worth it.

Clever to put the random guy off to the side looking up to make it more believable. Also, nice touch with the truck tire turned. Makes it look like he just pulled into a dealership or something. Cars are probably cardboard again, or photoshopped professionally.
They made up fake advertising. That will really make it look ligit.
