OTC Markets is simply a business. It's not regulatory. They are quite expensive...

Hopefully, down the line a little...SSOF can become fully reporting with the SEC, get their price up to 20 cents and do a 1:25 reverse split...reducing their AS and OS to around 20 million shares and achieving a price per share of $5.00...NASDAQ here she comes... ;)
But...that's down the road. Maybe 2 years...they need to perform.
