BullishSwag, in answer to your message, Hanks was said to have said he was moving assets into MMEX, but that was before the filing where he waived his right to receive the other 5 billion shares of MMEX. I would think things were being seen differently by him after that waiver he made, since he was not then getting another 5 billion shares as payment for his refinery plan. It is just my opinion that his thinking changed on that which was after the time of the interview you refer to that was said to have took place in the beginning weeks.
