SOME QUESTIONS TO ASK.....

When SGBY purchased other companies did it use SGBY shares?

If "YES", what kind of shares were issued in the purchases?

If "YES", were the shares issued at the "at time current price" or a "inflated or reduced price of market value?"

IF "YES", approximately how many SGBY shares have been issued to buy other companies?

The answer the these questions are to help current share holders find out how many SGBY shares are in the hands of a few that may want to unload them, and what there cost bases might be.
