Changing the AS means nothing, it's just a typical ploy by career scammers who run ASKE to make traders believe something is happening that is Not. Lowering the AS doesn't change the OS one bit.

Falso also stated no reverse split for ASKE, yet they enacted reverse splits.

Falso was committed to upgrading ASKE to OTCQB more than once; that never happened.

Falso stated ASKE leases were in the works for several Eagleford shale leases - there were no leases.
