If you were to look at the history of PR's that the CEO has made concerning the 10K it is apparent that he has had several excuses. Some PR statements have been in conflict with each other. He said that it was done and in review to be filed. Then the auditors resigned. Not a good thing. This is likely the most damaging and revealing news that NEWC has received. It also confirms that there is an bad element in this suspected SCAM.
