The delivery system PULM has developed is 5 times better than all others which will get the drugs further into the lungs, the delivery system will be applicable to many other drugs besides COPD. As you know they have recently acquired patents in Japan, Europe, and the U.S. with very limited competition.
Some huge pharma will likely buy out PULM very soon, as the patent for Advair which has a lousy delivery system recently expired, Advair had $3 billion in sales last year.
A reasonable buyout should be $500 million-$1billion probably more like $800 million-$1 billion at $500 million the shares would be worth $25 a share with the small float of 19 million shares, therefore any buyout will put the share price north of $25.
If a buyout does not occur they will take the drug to market themselves likely by around the end of the year either way the only way the share price does not go up is if the drugs patent gets revoked which does not appear to be likely at all.
This could be something that takes a whole year to go up but I highly doubt it. Could get bought out tomorrow, next week , or next month when it does happen the share price will go through the roof instantly.
No matter what you decide I wish you happy, successful trading.
