Maybe someone can answer this. Why wouldn't the Foxx Group be allowed to bid on the UMS assets? The Judge, Trustee and creditors want to get the highest price possible to lessen the losses.

Foxx probably provided some information about their financial capability and, jmo, will get access to all the docs and be able to bid.

Don't really follow this ticker that closely
