Really, how come it says previous stock value 10 billion, new stock value 10 million. The company hasn't announced it because they are trying to dump the remaining 2.5 billion the company has on shareholders.

IMO this cannot legal, because how can they change the SS without first getting approval and how can they sell any shares if the company doesn't have them according to NEV SOS.

My guess is this get suspended soon.
