Didn't say they should. I said they could have and CHOOSE not to. I also said they couldn't cry alligator tears because of their CHOICES.

Why do shareholders defend abuses of shareholders?

Understanding SEC regulations is not everyone's strong suit, but then again that's why not everyone is qualified to run a company.

At least we agree about that. Pickett has no business running anything, much less a reporting Company.

But that old shareholder money is just too enticing.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
