It feels like capitulation (looking at the RSI), except for the fact that MMC apparently issued over 1 billion new shares to panic sellers and shorts. We appear to have a lot more inventory to work through (25-50 mil shares daily x 20-40 days).

I'm looking to average down, but I'm trying to be patient. I thought 0.18 HKD might be a good entry point, but now I'm wondering if we trade down to 0.12 HKD.
