Yes most Exchange traded stocks have goodwill...which represents the premium above book value the a company has paid for an acquisition. For normal companies that have independent directors and true accountability to shareholders who get to vote on such transactions the goodwill represents some aspect of the "market value" premium for such an acquisition.

In the case of a penny stock where the acquisitions are not arms length and don't require shareholder votes it's essentially a made up number.
