It's strange that I too received a letter saying my claim was rejected for the same reasons. I had sent them a package which included each transaction as well as a summary of my purchases of the stock which supported the time frame. Along those lines I also sent a follow up confirmation email that the package had been received. I received a vague confirmation back. So I have resent a signed summary of my purchases from my broker and a letter explain my previous support and asked once again for confirmation. We'll see how this goes.
