Next step is news. It has to be, because financiers loaned at a bargain basement price. That means, if any diluted shares are still out there, financiers won't profit, unless price per share here is over .0058.
CEO will have to put out some hype news or else.
This can be done the EASY way or the HARD way, but either way, PENNYWISERR profits on ETBI.
