I heard some dispensary Licenses in Las Vegas sold for 10 Million each a couple years ago.......just the license.


TRTC has 6 + really nice looking dispensary fully built out ...how much do you think its worth in 2018 !!!

There are currently cultivation licenses in some of the worst medical markets (paper only) on market for $20-$25MM range. (East coast, with the possibility of recreational a driving factor).

The more the industry turns to licensing processes which present a question as to outcome, the greater the value.

Nevada (specifically Vegas) a market that everyone in the nation was/is after.

I think the issue with this topic is the majority addressing it are non industry and have no idea of the day to day nationwide.

For many, it's a long term retirement target. (Nice weather, huge long term growth and stability (vice). One of the greatest reasons NV/Vegas and CA are among most desirable in the nation. (Who wants to retire in Mass, MI, Ohio, etc, etc lol...

Nice climate, significant market? It's "name your price". Needless to say those operations are not available often ;).
