Wow, this is sobering. People get skittish at the littlest things and end up missing the big picture. I mean so what there are some changes in upper management? So what they are thinkng about issuing more shares? What about the fact that they are applying for the OTCBB? What about the fact that there are alot of weeks left in the hurricane season and activity in the Atlantic is increasing? These last couple of weeks just make no sense to me.
