I think it's legit, though not necessarily a sign that it's going to immediately explode (but hopefully does!). Reason I say that is because of all the accumulation that went on under .20. Textbook action, it falls incredibly low on very negligible volume, but then when the stock is supremely suppressed (and cheap) then the big boys come in and soak up all the shares they can. In my experience that's generally a sign of heavy accumulation by the people that matter. We'll see, but I'm bullish from here.
