I am sure I am not understanding that....but when a company offers to allow it's employees to buy at a certain price...doesn't that indicate that they are getting a bargain price...meaning that they anticipate the price to be much higher. Why would employees buy at ten when they can buy open market at 7 right this red hot minute. Now once it flies...at say 12-25 and there is a new symbol in place...employees would be able to get the bargain price of .10 on a limited number of shares and as a bonus to even that...a warrant for an equal number at .15 for two years...that would be a real prize when it hits 50 or a buck? Am I reading wrong on this?
