Shareholders can be insiders. They just have to operate confidentially. IMO they know what the end game is here and WHY T-MOBILE WANTS ITALK.....

So they did this to scoop up shares.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
