NAKD, they did three extensions or so. So he is trying not to get too excited.
But if you do the DD (due diligence) easy to see this merger will lead to a massive move upwards in share price.

The "done deal" moment for me was when they had the recent presentation (nakd) and they were discussing bendon.

Patience pays greatly.
