WOW, that's different, a "basher" threatened to be sued...
(if I had a nickel for each threat I have read via twitter, etc, I would be a rich person)

Sometimes (not very often) there is a lawsuit filed but the case never goes anywhere,many times they are dismissed. That part is never talked about.

Oh yea, and many times the "basher/defendant" is never served! HA!

The other part that isn't talked about is that most cases that are filed and completed by the SEC are about the pumpers. OOPS.

Weird how those cases are never talked about, isn't it.

I guess because sometimes those people end up in jail....

....that would be a real damper for all the pumpers out there, wouldn't it! Knowing there could be jail time at the end of the line....bummer.
