As you can see Quarterman became president and RA of this sub just a week ago: 5/15/2017. Before that Roxana Kaiser was the registered officer and agent.

So within a few weeks Quarterman became president of the public traded shell UTRK on 4/28/2017 (where he is holding shares that he bought at .2) and then of the non-profit sub listed on FL SOS.

Looks to me they are executing a plan here.
