The yield sign prohibits me from using my Fidelity or Scottrade account to buy. Multiply that by all the investors using those accounts and a potential large pool of investors are not buying. Until those buyers are there to put upward pressure and in the absence of dramatic news why would any investor buy until yield sign is close to coming off. Without filings on time chances of yield sign coming off are none. So PPS will drop today. All Imho.
