HRRN IS ALMOST READY TO FLY

I’ve been following this company (HE-5 Resources Corp.) for the past 2.5 years. The company was bought in july 2014 by a group of Canadian businessman, all sports fanatics. Key people are Gary P. Molinaro and Yervant Manoian. Gary Molinaro owns a chain of dental laboratories called Solaris Dental Solutions (www.solarisdentalsolutions.com) . Yervant Manoian owns a group of companies that specialize in webdesign, webmarketing, solcom etc etc. (www.webclarify.com). There is no link to future owners, it’s a new company with new management.

They have quietly been building a website for fanatic sports fans who can gain free points by daily login, playing sports pools, participate in blogs, upload pictures and video etc. You can redeem those free points for free gift cards (MacDonalds, Starbucks, Home Depot etc) or goods, like T-shirts of your sports hero, muggs, caps etc. They recently launched their mobile site as well, you can download it for IOS and Android.

The website is online, but it’s not complete yet. All shops are missing and so are their partnerships. I’m sure about these shops/partners:

www.fanzfrenzy.com (partner is www.sportsfanisland.com)
www.facebook.com/fanzfrenzy (partner is www.fanprint.com)
www.stupidowear.com
www.fearthefighter.com
www.fearthefighter.us.com

(Recently websites are sometimes offline for maintenance/updates; tells me they’re almost ready to go!!!).
As I said, they keep very quiet. Just post the financials, but no press releases or other communication. Just building and spending tons of money from their own pockets. In my humble opinion this will enter the market with a big bang. Update Nevada SOS, do a name change from HRRN to Fansfrenzy and start a media campaign online, which is a specialty of the people behind it all.

The OS is 2.1 billion, but 1.2 million is controlled by management and is restricted. The float is 696 million. The SP is $0.0003 and hardly moves as almost no trading. Hard to tell where it’s going, but you don’t spend tons of money for fun and you can not attract big name partners if you don’t have a solid business plan.

All just my opinion, but interesting enough to share it here.
Don’t forget to do your own DD!
