That's an interesting risk you are willing to take. I see no reason to buy on a down trend, especially with current interest (lack) in this ticker reflected in the daily volume. Is .015 where you wishfully hope the bottom is? If I could take back my ask slapping around .025 I would. Someone in their coherent mind want to explain to me what the delay with uplisting on OTCQB? I have been a part of several uplistings and I don't see the reason for complications or delay??
