Market value would appear higher >>IF<< management would be honest and update the share structure on OTC. As it sits right now--

A/S=200M-- O/S= 142,768,564 x .00295= $421,167

whereas

A/S=300M-- O/S= 200,000,000+ x .00295 $590,000 or higher!

HWAL stated the O/S was almost 200m as of 12/31/16. It surely has to be well over that now.. especially since they authorized 100 million new shares in March.

Problem is management fired their old transfer agent (ClearTrust) and purposefully hired one that only reports SS to management meaning they "self gagged." So no one knows what the true SS is and management is AWOL.
