That is so incorrect and unrealistic as to be humorous.
People knowledgeable about how the SEC works knows the SEC doesn't 'talk' to companies. They sue them for fraudulent and questionable acts. I would bet a sack of pirate jerky that the hjoe principals have a Wells Notice or two in their desks.
hjoe had numerous 'correspondence' letters from the SEC. Those are never good and they're not the SEC 'talking' to a company.
