Why are a few of you all feeling threatened about heading to a nasdaq saying a Reverse Split is imminent? Could it occur, yes. Could it possibly not occur, yes. There is no timetable of when we may move to Nasdaq. There are so many requirements to occur first before uplisting a stock share price to NASDAQ's minimum. Furthermore with news, events, etc share price may well exceed the Nasdaq minimum by the time it occurs.

If a reverse split occurs it occurs for a good reason.

Some of you all are forgetting this company doesn't have thousands of investors but only hundreds. April 13th the last time the total shareholder count was publicly stated the total was 109. Now after a few news releases and press releases I'd guesstimate we are at about 200-250 total.

If you conceive that a big fraction of the total shareholders will sell based upon news of a reverse split for a good reason such as uplisting to a main exchange such as Nasdaq, you may find yourself being the only one or the only few who exit.

It sounds like a few are becoming worried over an issue that I believe won't hurt the share price much, if at all. There are many of us with deep pockets who will buy all the shares you easy sell quickly upon you selling upon a news release of a reverse split. On behalf of those investors who believe in this company, I'll tell you that we'll quickly buy your shares once you sell and that will leave you scrambling to buy shares back at a higher price, resulting in you suffering a loss.

If you think every reverse split turns out negative, I'll remind you sometime share price only drops for a hour or less.

If you sell, we will buy.

Every move Mr. Granier is making is for good reason. If you doubt the move the man who has the most to lose makes, you should sell and re-invest in another company.

On behalf of the hardcore investors in BioCorRX, be patient and think smart before making a frivolous move.
