LOL...I think Sheba is doing fine. They don't need OWCP money. I have a better idea though!

Why not everyone that will make millions on the next run... FIRST "rub their face in" their pile of cash while taking a selfi and then donate $100,000 to OWCP for their genius of getting the R&D done so inexpensively?

Should I call OWCP and tell them too write a check for 1 million too Sheba because people think your not spending enough on R&D. Face slap:)
