Usually when the 8k comes out after massive selling for a long while it alleviates fears...the stock should catapult up soon... again, 140 million shares to convert...but that was 10 trading days ago...its highly likely the shares are converted by now. as nearly 200 million were traded over that time.. may be clear sailing now.
