282 mil outstanding..now likely 422 million....? if so thats a market cap of just 1.2 million dollars.. again, the clinic is doing millions in revenues...they are supposed to be getting 5 more, and they have the pill and other products..1 million dollars is chicken scratch in the business world..

STOCK IS A BUY HERE...SURELY NOW THAT THE 8K IS OUT...AND this thing is likely all converted now....

again, nearly 200 million shares has traded since the day of the settlement... and they needed to convert 140 million into cash..so if its not done, it SURELY is close.. either way...very little to nothing to fear now....
