Conrad's "activity" on linkedin is pretty funny:

https://www.linkedin.com/in/conradfmir/recent-activity/

You may need to join linkedin to see it, but one shows a picture of some wolves walking single file through snow and has this caption:

"A group of wolves:

The 3 in front are old & sick, they walk in front to set the pace of the running group lest they get left behind.

The next 5 are the strongest & best, they are tasked to protect the front side if there is an attack.

The pack in the middle are always protected from any attack.

The 5 behind them are also among the strongest & best; they are tasked to protect the back side if there is an attack.

The last one is the LEADER. He ensures that no one is left behind. He keeps the pack unified and on the same path. He is always ready to run in any direction to protect & serves as the 'bodyguard' to the entire group.

Just in case you wanted to know what it really means to be a leader."

Conrad disagreed and wrote:

"The use of this picture in the context of leadership is not accurate.

Wolves are pack animals. This is transport formation. The leaders are in the back affording them a quick exit if the pack is overrun. Thus, ensuring the survival of the pack.

When they are in hunt formation however, the grouping is in reverse and with less members. The leader is in the front after the reconnaissance scouts have tested the area to be challenged.

Leaders lead from the front! No exception."

In OTHER words, when the going gets tough, you can you pretty well expect Conrad to throw shareholders under the bus while he hauls ass to insure HIS survival!
