Thanks trader993 we had discussed this I think before.
Unless I missed something this is not an immediate problem. They have more shares but they aren't free trading. None of the new 4 billion shares can currently be traded. They still have to issue them for imaginary "services rendered" as convertible debt. Then wait 6 moths to concert them to dump on the market.
Please someone correct me if I'm wrong but at least for 6 months this isn't a problem
