I was asking why someone would file such a lame-ass registration and think they could actually get anywhere but it was done on March 17 before we knew about the 500k bid and the TMobile influence on the auction.
Because it was done just prior to the last hearing date of March 29 I think they were planning to do this then but URSA put a hold on it so they are doing it this time.
If it is true I imagine they were beyond pi$$ed that TMobile basically has the auction locked up and they won't even qualify.
However, that being said...would they qualify if they owned a decent percentage of the shares of TALK? Maybe not but the goal seems to increase their position here.
I could be totally off base on this but we shall see IMO. See if anyone else can find anything out on this company.
If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
