I think some shenanigans are in the works. Today a filing hit from a company called Foxx Development Inc. From what I can see they are not a creditor. IMO they are part of a group that has been buying shares every time bad news hits...like Glasgow did when we found out about the bk and he was there to grab all of our shares.

IMO I believe he is involved in this.

Also, all I could find on this company is that they are registered in Texas as of March 17, 2017 so this is essentially a new company. Also, I think Glasgow is from Texas.

Now we know that T-Mobile is controlling the bidding process and this company was registered when the stalking horse bid was 50k and TMobile was not controlling the auction. IMO they were planning to bid for the company but now are being shut out so they got themselves an attorney.

However, any bidders will have to be approved by T-Mobile and this brand new company will NOT be approved but what they will accomplish is scaring shareholders out of their shares.

This is all just a guess on my part but I had a feeling that the Glasgow group was going to do something here. This seems to be the logical conclusion unless someone can find anything else out about this company.

The main point is...this filing hit at 3:30 and that wall at 4 appeared about the same time. Seems like a pretty big coincidence.

I don't ever tell ppl to buy or sell but IMO I will be holding my shares until we find out more about this company and won't be selling them my shares at 4.

Here is the filing...

Here is their business registration...

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
