Somewhat agree, but inclined to not disagree. The part that got by me was that those GRCC Spin-off Shares would be Restricted Shares. Had I known this, I never would have bought more UNGS shares. Kinda feeling like the guy straddling a see-saw on YouTube. The term Restricted Shares only means those shares are not Tradeable until the Restricted Legend is removed. Meanwhile, if the price of those $0.25 shares increase to $1, $10, $1,000, brokerage accounts with Restricted Shares will track with the market price. So, someone could have multi-millions of dollars shown in their account. But, that money isn't real. Say, those $1,000 are trading at $0.0001 when the Restricted Legend is removed. Those accounts will be like our accounts now; valued at x shares x $0.0001. What happened to all that money? One OTC scheme, that I experienced, is for a unscrupulous company to restrict shares and trade non-restricted shares to a very high dollar amount. Only the people with Tradeable Share get that money. Then, those shares are dumped. After some time, the Restricted Shares are able to be Unrestricted with an Attorney's Opinion Letter and a small fee paid to the Stock Transfer Company. The Stock Transfer Company sends to you a Stock Certificate showing all of your shares. And, you have to send the Stock Certificate to your broker to transfer in your brokerage account. At that time, the shares can be traded; if there is a market for those shares.
