I hear you 100% but the sec case is effectively settled, hull case will likely be settled and once that happens we can move on. The press releases were "forward looking" any reasonably intelligent investor could read the warnings and deduce nothing in those prs is guaranteed...

Just bc it looks, smells, and tastes like a scam doesn't mean the courts can prove it was beyond a reasonable doubt. Did you read gdsi' defense? Many legal precedents were have been established for the otc stocks,,, it seems very hard to actually nail an otc stock on these charges

I'm sure we can agree that gdsi is good at scamming everyone. However they also know how to cover their ass and stay afloat,,, time will tell and I think we're close
