If this stock is sooooo great, then where the hell are all the buyers?

My guess is people don't really believe the stock is that great. Instead, they are coming up with a bunch of hype to try and get you to buy the shares they have for sale 1 to 2 tics higher. That strategy runs rampant in the dark depths of the OTC.
