False because 1 million USD worth of Bitcoin wouldn't make this stock a dollar stock, because of the share structure. I don't think they have any bitcoins and the CEO is older than dirt and can't even afford a crappy website. I'm bailing on .0005 of that ever happens but honestly I already consider my investment lost. I have the shares and I get a slot machine like feeling with stocks like this.
